Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive testing strategies and plans
- Build and manage a high-performing testing team, including recruitment and training
- Coordinate with academic teams and oversee the setup and management of test sites
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of state testing procedures and district testing programs
- Proficiency in student data-management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated experience with personnel and team management
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
