Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create and maintain educational design standards for various products and training purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize developmental design thinking principles to address user experience issues and establish solutions
• Build eLearning courses using rapid authoring tools and manage multiple projects effectively
• Create engaging training programs and assessments, partnering with content experts to align with company priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and user testing
• 1-2 years of visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong design portfolio showcasing original learning products with HTML5 or similar technologies
• Experience creating complex eLearning courses with Evolve or Articulate 360
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
