Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop e-Learning and instructor-led training modules for the Procurement Org audience
- Research, design, and develop technical training courses on various topics including Contract Negotiations and Sourcing best practices
- Collaborate with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine learning objectives and develop training design documents
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- Ability to convert existing training materials into packaged MyLearning courses for SuccessFactors/Skillsoft
- Ability to craft new training modules
