Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Benefits Proposal Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and audit large group new and renewing proposal exhibits in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams
- Create, modify, and audit Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents and benefit change grids
- Monitor proposal assignments and serve as a subject matter expert for the team
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
- Experience in health insurance, preferably in commercial group insurance
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM tool
- General understanding of operational and administrative processes in sales and account management
