Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Benefits Proposal Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and audit large group new and renewing proposal exhibits in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams
  • Create, modify, and audit Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents and benefit change grids
  • Monitor proposal assignments and serve as a subject matter expert for the team
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
  • Experience in health insurance, preferably in commercial group insurance
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM tool
  • General understanding of operational and administrative processes in sales and account management
