Job Summary

A company is looking for a P&C Insurance Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in customer expectations, preferences, and pain points through data analysis and market trends
• Translate customer insights into product features and pricing strategies
• Drive insurance product strategy and execution across new and existing states for profitable growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance product management or a closely related field (Personal Lines preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a preference for hands-on work and a desire to learn and grow
