Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative - Insurance Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls related to billing inquiries and collections
  • Perform collection activities and offer payment arrangements for outstanding balances
  • Research patient complaints and inquiries, documenting actions taken and escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
  • CPAR, CPC, or CPB certification is required
  • Proficiency in computer programs necessary for job duties
  • Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance billing and collections
