Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer initial client calls and assess their needs for EAP services
• Complete EAP Intake Forms and input demographic information into the database
• Connect clients to appropriate resources, affiliate providers, or EAP staff for services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficient in IT applications and database management
• Experience in a call center or scheduling environment is a plus
• Must have a reliable internet connection with specified speed requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
• Strong commitment to customer service
