Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist for a part-time weekend position from 8 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and ensure proper documentation is routed for signatures
• Assist with regional team functions and manage patient financial responsibilities for non-Medicaid patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of work experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or related fields
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
