Intermediate Security Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer - Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate and orchestrate security tooling by writing Python scripts and services
• Patch and secure full-stack web services, applying fixes to vulnerabilities and implementing architectural improvements
• Act as a point of contact for reviewing security, exploitability, and fraud risk of software changes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• 1+ year of experience in the security space or equivalent education/experience
• Intermediate experience with Python and React
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities in software and familiarity with the OWASP top 10
• Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment and familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes
