Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and partners
- Assist customers with product selection, technical specifications, and usage for export needs
- Process and coordinate international orders, ensuring compliance with export regulations and timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in export customer service, sales support, or account management in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Export experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Basic accounting knowledge to support invoicing and payment reconciliation
