Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of quarterly earnings materials and assist in tracking analyst estimates and market trends
• Help maintain investor engagement records and support planning for investor events
• Monitor equity market activity and conduct research on peer companies

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with IR databases is a plus
• MBA preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable
