IT Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Inventory Team for order processing, endpoint deployments, and shipment receipt
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance deployment and support processes
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of deployment inventory in the IT Asset Management System

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory experience
• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Maximo, CA Service Desk)
• Experience with Windows 10
• Strong technical background to understand infrastructure/environment
