Technical Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer III to assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct system demonstrations and assist customers with pre-go-live system reviews
• Develop and maintain expertise in configuring software solutions while ensuring project tasks and deliverables are met
• Collaborate with development teams and mentor junior team members to enhance service delivery and team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree/certification with equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical role
• Experience in integrating third-party software and working with APIs, web services, and middleware tools
• Advanced experience in scripting/coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and working knowledge of MS SQL Server and PostgresSQL
