Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst - Retail Technology's Production Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and communicate the severity and priority of production issues, ensuring resolution follows ITIL practices
• Deliver system enhancements and ensure compliance with SDLC, SOX, and PCI requirements
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage enhancement backlogs effectively

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT business analysis or production support experience following ITIL practices
• Experience with MS Development Technologies, including PowerShell and SQL Server
• Prior application ownership experience with systems like Aptos POS or Oracle Retail
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong SQL and system diagramming skills
