Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to support technology operations in a healthcare IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT support requests and troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues
- Provide remote support for users and assist with Microsoft 365 applications
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for users, including access management
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience
- Experience with remote support tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and Outlook
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
