Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to support technology operations in a healthcare IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT support requests and troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues
  • Provide remote support for users and assist with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for users, including access management
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
