IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead IT infrastructure operations and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Azure cloud services, firewalls, network hardware, servers, and end-user connectivity
• Lead the infrastructure team, overseeing Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows servers/desktops, and network security
• Act as Tier III escalation and incident responder for threats and performance issues while maintaining system documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
• Strong expertise in cloud and network security (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SSL)
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and endpoint protection tools
• Leadership and mentoring skills in IT infrastructure environments
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
