IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and report on Agile metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing software development projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
