Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the IT Service Desk to meet the technology needs of internal customers
  • Develop and mentor Service Desk Specialists to enhance team performance
  • Capture and communicate core Service Desk metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience in an IT Service Desk role
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support roles
  • Experience supporting SaaS environments with a remote workforce
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows systems
  • Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) platforms, ideally Okta
