Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT Service Desk to meet the technology needs of internal customers
- Develop and mentor Service Desk Specialists to enhance team performance
- Capture and communicate core Service Desk metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience in an IT Service Desk role
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support roles
- Experience supporting SaaS environments with a remote workforce
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows systems
- Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) platforms, ideally Okta
