Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of technology platforms supporting internal operations and customer service
• Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to ensure customer implementations are operationally ready
• Document business requirements, processes, and assist in creating training materials for new functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business information systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of experience as a business/solutions analyst
• Strong knowledge of operational processes in a logistics or fulfillment environment
• Experience in creating business requirement documents and process flows
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and work effectively in a team environment
