Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer Manager to lead and support the IT Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Systems Engineering team while overseeing daily operations and strategic technology initiatives
• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms and hybrid cloud infrastructure, focusing on security and networking components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex enterprise systems and ensure comprehensive documentation of systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering roles with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, and CCNA or equivalent
• Strong technical expertise in HyperV 2019, Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, networking skills, and experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity management
