- Set up and support hardware and technology, including troubleshooting and inventory management
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Cobalt
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar)
- Associate's Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
