A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce functionalities in collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to manage CRM, operational workflows, and customer portals
- Design and implement scalable solutions to meet business needs and integrate Salesforce with other applications
- Manage Salesforce user access, security, and system documentation while troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce.com, preferably across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- 4+ years of professional experience in a technology role
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data synchronization tasks
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and automation tools
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred; additional certifications are a plus
