Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide IT support to end users utilizing their IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels
- Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, and service interruptions
- Document processes and create "how-to" guides to improve training and knowledge gaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, particularly in PACS systems
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT is preferred
- Knowledge of radiology workflows and effective on-call support
- Experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems like PowerScribe
