Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client communications and determine problem severity to assign service requests appropriately
- Log client problem information accurately and provide timely updates on issue status and resolution times
- Troubleshoot and remediate support requests for basic and intermediate issues, ensuring systems functionality
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with two years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous IT experience preferred
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools, including MS Office and relevant company programs
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in a technical support environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented team
