Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rapid Resolution Specialist (IT) to provide quality services and solutions to clients while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client communications and determine problem severity to assign service requests appropriately
  • Log client problem information accurately and provide timely updates on issue status and resolution times
  • Troubleshoot and remediate support requests for basic and intermediate issues, ensuring systems functionality
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with two years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous IT experience preferred
  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools, including MS Office and relevant company programs
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in a technical support environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented team
