Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for software, VPN, and network issues
- Administer Google Workspace and manage user accounts and access controls
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, and improve support processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Practical experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Notion
- Comfortable with both Windows and macOS environments
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or Python
- Foundational understanding of IT systems, APIs, and cloud services
