Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator II to support internal teams with software, hardware, and network management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Apple products and manage deployment of hardware/software solutions
• Respond to user service requests, troubleshoot software, and perform hardware/software upgrades
• Train users on software programs and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT or a related field
• Bachelor's degree
• Special technical knowledge of software, hardware, and network support
• Ability to independently solve problems and identify improvement opportunities
