Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line support for hardware, software, and network issues remotely or on-site
- Maintain and oversee computers and technical equipment, ensuring proper testing and verification
- Provision laptops for new hires and implement basic cybersecurity best practices
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Solid knowledge of Windows & macOS, computer hardware, and core networking
- Familiarity with a Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platform
- Working grasp of basic cybersecurity principles
- Ability to create or modify simple scripts for task automation
