Key Responsibilities
- Develop multichannel self-service/IVR applications using Genesys Cloud CX
- Implement Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing for various communication channels
- Provide solutions for speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu systems based on customer strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of application development experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX
- Hands-on experience with Voice and Non-Voice applications
- Thorough understanding of the Genesys Framework and integrations
- Genesys Cloud CX certification in one or more solution areas
