• Manage and optimize application performance across various tiers, including scheduling and batch jobs
• Oversee the full life cycle of application development and deployment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, and related technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate/ORM, and Apache CXF
• Proficient in Unix and Shell scripting
• Experience with application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
