Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable distributed systems
• Understanding of delivery metrics such as Lead Time and Deployment Frequency
• Passionate and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
