Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Leverage the Marisa Peer ecosystem of personal development leads to maximize ROI and drive conversion rates
- Use data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize campaign performance across all key KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital agency or similar role, preferably in digital products or education
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools
- Proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience working with international markets or in fast-paced entrepreneurial settings is preferred
