Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Compliance (K-12 Education).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the implementation of a compliance program
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for compliance with state, federal, and authorizer requirements
- Conduct internal compliance audits and manage the resolution of non-compliance issues
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to K-12 public education
- Experience with administrative directives and data reporting regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work from a home office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
