Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ops-UM Training Specialist, specializing in Utilization Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the UM training curriculum and comprehensive training programs for clinical staff
- Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and improve UM processes
- Design and implement training content using various learning modalities and track training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification from an accredited nursing program and current active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience and at least 4 years in Utilization Management
- 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Experience with learning management software and training tools
