Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Abstractor to review medical records and support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Review scanned medical records and identify risk factors
• Update new patient information for future visits
• Integrate outside records into charts from CareEverywhere when available

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable nursing experience
• Registered Nurse (KS) license from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
• Registered Nurse (MO) license from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
• Associate Degree in nursing
