A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - KYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical and operational guidance on risk decisioning strategies
- Collaborate with Account Management and Risk teams to monitor product usage and recommend improvements
- Manage client-facing communications and advocate for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in a tech industry client-facing role, preferably in a managerial or consulting capacity
- Deep understanding of KYB, KYC, AML, and CDD regulations
- Technical aptitude with web applications and web services APIs
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science
- Prior experience with KYC/Credit/Risk decisioning systems and familiarity with tools like Zendesk and JIRA
