Language Specialist (English/Polish)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Language Specialist (English and Polish).

Key Responsibilities

• Create training data sets for AI models to improve accuracy and fluency
• Annotate data to align AI models with human values
• Analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text

Required Qualifications

• Language proficiency (CEFR C1 level or equivalent) in English and native proficiency in Polish
• Completed bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with shifting guidelines
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
