Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI/ML Software Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges
• Build distributed, fault-tolerant systems across multi-cloud environments
• Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years in hands-on coding
• 5+ years of experience designing and scaling AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms
• 3+ years implementing MLOps practices, including CI/CD and model versioning
• 2+ years in a senior or technical leadership role with mentoring experience
