Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist, Search (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of advanced algorithms to improve multi-modal search performance
• Develop and optimize ranking algorithms that enhance search result quality and user experience
• Implement AI/ML driven search personalization algorithms based on user behavior and preferences

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the field, with 2-3 years as the main technical lead
• Experience with search systems like Elastic and SOLR, and their customization capabilities
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Expert understanding of Python and big data technologies like Spark and Kafka
• Master's Degree or equivalent in quantitative fields preferred
