Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer (part time).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure
• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to best practices in deployment, monitoring, and security
• Design, build and maintain a highly available production-grade setup of Kubernetes clusters along with networking, firewall, and endpoints

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience, with 2+ years leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, including controllers, operators, telemetry, and observability setup
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Terragrunt for cloud provisioning
• Ability to deploy ArgoCD programmatically and manage day-two operations
• Experience with implementing monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
