Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Digital Associate Experience to oversee standardization initiatives and enhance support tools in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and mentor Level 2/3 technicians, acting as a key escalation point for complex desktop support issues
- Drive strategies for proactive monitoring, endpoint health, and automation using telemetry and digital experience analytics tools
- Design, build, and maintain automated self-healing solutions to improve end-user experience and reduce recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of advanced technical experience in desktop support, endpoint engineering, or systems role
- Deep understanding of Windows and macOS troubleshooting, endpoint configuration, and hardware lifecycle processes
- Experience using telemetry tools to analyze user experience and device health trends
- Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly in PowerShell
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
