Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead IT Support Engineer to ensure the operational availability of mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to resolve operational issues in line with SLAs
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement technical solutions for system reliability
- Mentor team members and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to enhance application performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in support engineering or a related IT role
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and developing complex solutions
- Familiarity with hospitality technologies such as Hotel and POS systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms
