Senior Director Offensive Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Offensive Security to lead its red/purple team strategy and enhance security measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise-wide offensive security strategy and lead penetration testing and vulnerability discovery efforts
• Conduct threat simulations and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen defense strategies
• Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to communicate risk exposure and security maturity to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or relevant discipline with 8-10 years of experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of experience in offensive security or red team leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of offensive security methodologies and tools, aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services or fintech
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, or CRTO preferred
