Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth, conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI through insights and recommendations
- Partner with channel managers to assess the effectiveness of customer acquisition and engagement campaigns
- Develop analysis, reports, and recommendations for continuous performance improvement and opportunity identification
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and dbt
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, including 2 years in a mentorship role
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field, or relevant professional experience
- Advanced experience with online marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
