Lead Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer Lead to join their development team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with software engineers and product managers
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for software deployment
• Manage cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and provide on-call support while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cloud Infrastructure/Azure experience
• 5+ years of Linux/Unix experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Demonstrated commitment to security-minded infrastructure design
