Key Responsibilities
- Report, measure, and analyze outbound marketing campaigns for profitable audience acquisition
- Assess targeting and segmentation effectiveness to optimize marketing efforts and maximize customer lifetime value
- Develop new metrics and provide actionable intelligence to marketing partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics)
- 5 years of experience in analytics
- Prior lending experience in banking or fintech is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and advanced Excel for data modeling and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
