Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Functional Analyst to drive business requirements and solution design for Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Write requirements using various modeling techniques and perform impact analysis on existing processes
- Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and develop customized reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Business or Technical Analyst role, preferably in commercial functions
- 5+ years of IT experience supporting integrated systems and Salesforce.com
- Critical SFDC functional configuration skills and proficiency in creating functional mock-ups and flow charts
- Basic knowledge of database architecture and best practices for BI reporting
