Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership development and revenue enablement programs
- Assist in building training and enablement for new hires, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience
- Create engaging enablement materials and continuously improve programs based on feedback
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in learning and development, particularly in leadership and onboarding
- Proven experience in sales or revenue enablement with a focus on training and competencies
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
