A company is looking for a Lead Voiceover Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of voiceover actors, providing guidance and support
- Plan and manage voiceover projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Perform voiceovers for various projects and review/edit voiceovers from team members
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills to effectively manage a team of voiceover artists
- Strong understanding of sound design principles
- Ability to mentor and train new team members
- Familiarity with digital audio workstations and recording equipment
- Understanding of the business aspects of voiceover work, including client needs and pricing
