Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leadership Teaching Assistant to support a leadership development program for Digital Ambassadors in Togo.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering virtual sessions and in-person workshops, facilitating discussions and activities
- Lead peer learning circles and provide coaching on self-leadership and emotional intelligence
- Monitor Ambassadors' progress and engage them through various communication platforms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or mentorship
- Strong understanding of self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder influence
- Experience in facilitating discussions and moderating peer learning groups
- Fluency in both English and French
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
