Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Brightspace Learning Environment for assigned customers
- Complete training to become fully Brightspace Certified and maintain product knowledge
- Enhance internal processes based on customer relationships to improve satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong project, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables
- Experience with customer relationship management and conflict negotiation
